Carmen serves as the Administrative Manager for Facilities Management, where she takes pride in assisting the Leadership Team in all aspects with Facility maintenance, project planning, design and construction, coordination of meetings between leadership staff, stakeholders, and contractors while providing leadership and maintaining every day operational functions for our entire team within Facilities Management.  Prior to this, she served Baylor University previously working within Information Technology Services as an Office Manager since 2014 with a background in HR and degree in Information Processing and Legal Assistant Training.
