Project Request Form Quick Reference Guide
Verify Chrome Settings:
Open Chrome, click the three vertical dots to the far upper right of the screen and select Settings
Choose Privacy and security (left column)
Select Site Settings
Scroll all the way to the bottom and expand Additional content Settings
Select PDF documents
Check Download PDF’s (if this is already checked, click Open PDF’s in Chrome, close chrome and repeat process to re-select Download PDF’s, something might have gotten corrupted and didn’t take the change).
Download the pdf form:
The screenshot on the below is a PDF opened in the browser, not downloaded. You can fill it out but if there are any submit buttons they would not work.
Saving might work but most likely it would not retain any data.
The screenshot below is opened in Acrobat. Note, you can see the Application name at the top and the tools on the right, the PDF has full functionality. If you don’t see the tools, you are not in Acrobat.
Save Form for Signatures:
Each person must save the PDF after they have signed it and upload in email to the next person for the electronic signatures to work properly.
Submitting Form:
Fields noted with a red asterisk along with project information, and reason for request are required or the Submit button will not function.
Once ALL signatures and fields are completed click the submit button. Note, this activates triggers built into the form for other partners to be informed in as real time as possible and ensures project do not wait in the que for processing.
You will know this is activated as it populates an email to Facilities_Management and other partners (based on activated fields) and your form is an attachment in the email.
