Examples of What Qualifies An An Emergency:

1. Leaks Causing Property Damage (including roof, grounds, toilets/overflows, sink and HVAC)
2. Sewage Backups or Sewage on Premises
3. Water Issues (No Water, Dirty Water, or no Hot Water)
4. No Interior Heat in Cold Weather (Under 55 degrees)
5. No Air Conditioning in Hot Weather (Over 83 degrees)
6. Security and Safety Issues (Broken Windows or Broken/Open Doors,  Nonfunctioning Elevators, Cars Blocked by Broken Gates)
7. Electrical Outages (Medical Equipment, Research Equipment) *unrelated to electrical company
8. Life Threatening Emergencies CALL 911 (Gas Leaks, Carbon Monoxide Leaks, Fire)
