Briana Saenz

Briana joined Baylor University in 2023 and became part of the Facilities Management team in April 2025.   Previously, she worked as a Research Associate in the Baylor School Education, where she supported research initiatives and helped plan and execute community-based workshops across Texas.   Her experience coordinating complex projects and working with diverse groups has shaped her collaborative and adaptable approach.   

Briana brings a multidisciplinary background spanning higher education, clinical research, finance, and K-12 education.   She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.   She also completed a postgraduate program in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Austin.  Outside of work,  Briana enjoys summer beach trips with her family and watching baking competitions on the Food Network.
